I placed my order today, when will it ship?We strive to ship out all orders placed before 1pm central, the following business day. We typically do not ship any packages on weekends, so orders placed Friday after 1pm may not ship until late Monday afternoon. If you choose USPS shipping, please factor in any holidays and days that the post office is normally closed. While we strive to ship everything out in a timely manner, there may be times where we are too busy to ship out orders the following business day, such as around Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Why did I get two tracking numbers for my order?Occasionally DSG ships items from different warehouses. When this happens, you may be sent two separate tracking numbers.

International & Canadian Customers1) DSG typically ships from the USA to our international customers. DSG has a warehouse located in Ontario, Canada, and whenever possible we ship orders to our Canadian customers from the Canadian warehouse. 2) International Customers are responsible for any duties charged on your shipment. The value on the shipment is for the actual value of the order. 3) USPS First Class International Shipping is not a traceable service. There are no tracking numbers available for USPS First Class International.

I'm in Canada. Why am I not seeing Free shipping during checkout?In order to qualify for free shipping in Canada, you need to have over $199 USD in your cart.

DSG ships internationally, and has warehouses located in both the US and Canada. 1) All in-stock items ship within 1-5 business days from purchase date. You can expect longer ship times over the holidays. 2) All shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and you have the option to choose ground or express along with your preferred carrier.
